Get Together Bokashi & EM NYC - (Google group discussion list)
This group meets monthly in NYC to share experiences and discuss projects using bokashi and EM (effective microorganisms). The projects can include food scrap recycling, food fermentation, soil remediation, dog run deodorizing, etc.
